WORKSHOP: New Jersey, Transition Meeting - childrens therapy center, Nov 9th 7pm

Dear Parents:

On Tuesday, November 9th from 7pm to 8:30pm, Carolann Garafola, Executive

Director/Principal will be the speaker at our monthly Parent Information

group meeting. The topic of presentation will be " Transition from Pre-School

and Beyond for Children with Special Needs. " Carolann will discuss the

development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), timelines and how to work

successfully with your child study team. Carolann was the Director of

Special Services in Glen Rock for 33 years and has a wealth of knowledge and

valuable information to share with you.

Even if you if your child is not transitiong this year, you are certainly

welcome to attend this workshop.

On the same evening, beginning at 5:30pm there will be several vendors in

our lobby area selling items such as jewelry, candles, Pampered Chef items

and Avon products to name a few. the vendors will donate a portion of their

proceeds to the center. This an excellent opportunity to get a head start on

your holdiay shopping!
