I have been gone from this list for several months for personal

reasons. As I go back and look at posts in the recent month, I am

stunned by the high proportion of talk on mercury, glutathione, DAN!

doctors, etc.

What has happened to the speech therapy threads? What about IEPs?

Needing direction for school placements? Effective therapy

methods? This group is reading more like an autism group than an

apraxia group, as far as I can tell, though I haven't gone back very

far. Is this intentional?

There is an expressed underlying distrust of MDs. We all need to be

running to the chiropractor. There also is an overly optimistic

endorsement of glutahthione, as though it will soon be curing many

ailments known to man. By the way, did you realize that while the

future looks bright for many therapeutic uses of glutathione, it is

also sold very agressively in a direct marketing company? And that

much of the research on Carnaware is conducted by Dr. Chen, who

sells it? Why is this so different from vaccine manufacturers

participating in thimerasol research?

I had always thought of this list as being open to alternative

ideas, which is I asked a question about aspirin. Little did I

know, that apart from mercury ( and the possible negative effects of

Tylenol on glutathione) the question of causation had been solved,

once and for all.

This is not the group that I left a few months ago, as far as I can

tell. I'll keep reading to see if it gets back to why we're

supposed to be here - learning more about APRAXIA.
