Magnuson Passed away yesterday

Dear all at the charge syndrome listserv. I regret to inform you that

my daughter Kate has passed away yesterday Oct. 21st at 9:30am after

we found her trach out and not breathing and no heart beat, I started

CPR and my husband called 911. She was taken to the nearest hospital

and was pronounced dead. Thank you all for the help thru out the

years. She was 2yrs and 5 months old. She had a trach that she just

loved to take out and she had to be watched every second. This was

just an accident that very much could have been avoided. Those who

have trachs take this warning very serious. DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD OUT

OF YOUR SITE!!!!!EVER!!!! Anyway, the funeral services will be

Wednesday October 25th from 9am to 3pm. At the Salerno's Rosedale

Chapels 450 W. Lake St. Roselle, IL. USA. Gifts in lieu of Charge
