Guest guest
Kats: YES...I'm smaller than a lot of people. TRUE. I still have edema from the hypo. My normal weight is 100 pounds...and maybe with a muscle a bit more...but this water wieght thing is really awful. ITS fluffy and hangs around my waist. UGHHH. Weight...just like hypo recovery..I suppose is a highly individual thing. The sugar thing is quite an interesting aspect. I have begun to think immunity, hypoglycemia and allergy are all part of the same dysfuntion. I just read a blurb to a book the other day who's author posited the notion that all disease is really one disease and that if you look at it that way, you can reverse the ravages of illness. I guessed before I read the full rundown that he probably had thryoid issues...AND guess what? HE did. The doctors nearly killed him mistreating him and it all started with allergy issues. His book talks extensively about how sugar is an absolute killer...and without it, so many people would be healthy. I'm thinking I may get that book along with a few others when I feel that I can clear a few hurdles here.
