Guest guest
Sue: Thanks a million for asking! I'm doing "okay"....sort of am still on the calibration trail of getting this thryoid stuff straightened out. Feel like I'm VERY close now...but as you know, a "little bit off" can feel really "super off". I had lowered my meds to get some muscles in my back to ease up...and of course the HYPO monster came and re-jumped me! SO...I'm busy waiting for the meds to sink back in and I'll have to try a different strategy with the back thing. I REALLY......REALLY am feeling sad about the back. Its not fair after all this time to be terribly injured by a chiropractor like this. So far, I've shelled out over a grand...to get it fixed and its STILL...way painful. I feel like if I can just get passed the back thing...then I can get passed the thyroid business and THEN...I'll have a life. So...for this week, I'm pretty frustrated, but trying to stay "light" about it and, and coloring my roots! With luck..I'll get some goop and re-do my highlights later this week. ~E:) JustYourTypeDTP wrote: thanks e, yes the link works... Guest guest
E. sorry to hear about the chiro... I have never been to one. have you tried deep tissue massage or other massage therapy? maybe physical therapy? I wouldn’t keep going and paying for the pain, E I did a switcharoo on my meds, but it feels good. I am on the .112 levo and about 22 mg of Armour – I think I like having more T4 than the T3 and I do convert some so rather than go direct to t3 bumping up the t4 and the t3 just a tad may give me a fighting chance. I got a nice used treadmill couple weeks ago and have been doing that rather then sprinting round my living room LOL! am still being tested with mri’s, ct’s, ultrasuonds, and all kinds of stuff E — not fun — for the pain in my upper right side. still a mystery though they found other stuff while looking. good news is I had an ultrasound of my thyroid and it is now EXACTLY the same size of both sides where one side was 5.7 and the other was 3.4 cm both are now 4 cm... cool, huh? sue Sue: Thanks a million for asking!
