thyroid med vs adrenal med vs taking both

I would like to know the basics of thyroid treatment. when do you know if you should just start the thyroid meds by itself versus starting adrenal meds by it self versus starting both together?I consider myself to be somewhat aware of the issues but still am pretty new to all of this because i am currently not on meds and have only been on Levoxyl for 9 days back in 2005 after a miscarriage. So, I am trying to conceive and I have posted my numbers before but roughly, my TSH is anywhere from 2.40-3.37. it was 4.30 2 wks after my miscarriage but quickly came back down to the abovementioned range. my FT3 is about 330 (range tops at 430) and FT4 is 1.5 (range tops at 1.8). my ferritin and B12 is low so i am supplementing with iron, folic acid and B12. i did have saliva testing and i think the only time my cortisol was low was late afternoon and the other times were normal.
