Hi I have a little bit of a computer question. When I open new files

(windows) the windows are always small. How can I adjust so whenever i open

windows or files they are full screen instead of this tiny little screen

that keeps coming up?

It wasnt such an issue on my small 18 inch dinosour moniter but on my 21

inch LCD i got from adaptiv tech, its irritating. Anyone who knows how to

fix this please respond. If you dont know its ok, no need to respond lol.

On my computer if i close all the boxes on my screen and then open a new one

the new one will be the same size as the last one i closed - did that make

sense?
