Hi everyone. I know there are many variables involved, but I am just

trying to get some idea of when improvement from a med increase would

likely be felt. I believe it can take some time right? My Armour was

increased by 30 mg last week.

Thank you!

In the world of " thyroid " , the operative word is " SLOW " !! Nothing

happens that rapidly, most of us use 8 weeks as the time frame for

checking labs, the response to a change, and then I'm sure most would

agree that it can continue to change for months after that point, can

take many months. Sorry, this is not good news, but it is what being

a thyroid pt. is about, I'm afraid. I think many feel some effect,

depending on how far off the mark you are, in 2 to 3 weeks, but no way

it will be stable that quick.

, thank you for the response! This is what I thought. I have

been working on this for a LONG time, and as you know it is very

hard to be patient.

I guess I just have to look at it that something is being done, it

just takes time.

Thanks again.
