I'll let you decide... but consider this... when I was hyper and then went into storm I CRAVED roasted soy nuts more than chocolate, more than anything... I popped them one after the other.....

After my RAI and with my gland dead... I tried some , back in those days they were considered healthy, no one knew any better and I figured that I keep up with my 'healthy' eating.... I spit them out.. they were gross, disgusting putrid.... Didn't know why my tastes changed, either for the nuts, or away from the nuts... until I found out that non fermented soy contains a natural antithyroid chemical....

My body had been craving them to counteract my hyperactive gland output... when I no longer had a gland, and was low on hormone, my body rejected them....

Ok got a dumb question. If you can fermented soy what about soy nuts. Aren’t they just dried or roasted soy beans? Are they ok for people with thyroid. Whats the difference? I’m just a little confused.

,

That is very interesting. I’m

allergic to soy. I was just asking because a friend of mine and I were

talking about soy. I used to like soy nuts, probably still do. But I’d

rather limit the goiter foods and have the ones I actually enjoy and get other

benefits from.

So why do they still push soy as a health

food when we know so much about it. Uuugghh I know don’t get us started!!

i swear the gov’t wants us to stay

sick. So they put this in our foods.
