Guest guest
PS-I forgot to mention, my Endo mentioned making this change a couple months ago. Guess that means she is up on the latest, I begged off for reasons stated in previous post, she didn't push. > > I've just read the recent study on the change to bedtime dosing. Guest guest
This is very interesting. Has anyone tried it? Do you have a link to the article? I don't eat past dinner time and my breakfast has calcium. I wait the 4 hours most days, but some days it's 3-4. I take calcium at bedtime, but that could easily be moved up to the morning. I would like to read more about this and hear from anyone who has tried it... Judy I've just read the recent study on the change to bedtime dosing. I'm concerned this will result in too big a change, and I'll be starting this awful process, the months of regulating, all over again.
