Guest guest
Jeana, Have you thought about colon-hydrotherapy? I am not sure what stage you are at in your treatment but this could be an option for you. I have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome)and have found that hydrotherapy has helped me to control it. If you are unfamiliar with colon-hydrotherapy, it is not a " one-shot " deal. You need to go for 4 consecutive weekly visits for it to be effective and then go once a month to keep yourself in well-working order. It is not for everyone and most people find that just discussing the procedure is a turn- off. But believe me, more and more doctors are recommending it to their patients for a multitude of reasons. It clears many toxins from your body. Although the treatment itself may be a bit uncomfortable, you will feel so soo much better afterwards. Read up on it and see if there are any licensed therapists in your area. It's worth a try!!! Good luck sista...........peace............kimmy > > > > Ok Ladies (smartest on the planet) since we can talk about anyting > > here, I have a question. Guest guest
interesting, I live daily with the same problems as jeana, for me its because of having chrones disease. some things I eat make it really bad, like broccolli, and beans of any sort. I love beans though, and have found that a little baking soda in them help tremendously, not just for gas but for heartburn too. lori Re: question/jeana Jeana, Have you thought about colon-hydrotherapy?
