Guest guest Posted March 27, 2007 Report Share Posted March 27, 2007 Beth-- alot of people with hypothyroid run low body temps in the 96 range. they say the 97 range is low too but i find that most people run in the upper 97 to 98 range. if you take your basal body temp with a thermometer every morning and chart your temps, that should give you an idea of if you may be hypo.....just another guide.Beth wrote: why do you need to take your temp. when, how, I have read some about it but dont understand it what is it for?
