Regulatory Services Division is transitioning back to full operations

DSHS Regulatory Services Division is currently transitioning back to full

operations after flooding of our headquarters building. The building has

partially reopened, and some staff have been able to return to their work

stations. During the move back to normal operations, which is expected to

occur

over the next few weeks, our customers are encouraged to first check the

website

of the specific program of interest. Many of the Regulatory Services

programs are providing updated licensure information on the websites in order

to

reduce the number of calls and wait times that our customers have to

experience.

At this time, not all telephone numbers are operational and mail service

has not been fully restored. Customers may experience some delays during

this transition period, but please know that we are working diligently to

restore all services to normal status as quickly as possible.

Calls: Callers to main Regulatory program numbers will be directed to call

to reach a temporary operations center until specific programs

are back to full operations.

Licenses: If you have a certification or license that is due to expire and

have submitted your required documentation and payment, your certification or

license will not lapse.

Complaints/Reports: If you need to file a complaint against a DSHS licensee

or certificant about a harmful or threatening situation, or if you need to

report a possible public health threat, please call .

This notice will be updated as information warrants.
