Thanks for asking about the apartment. I kind of

wanted to stop killing the board with my whinning over

it. You all have other stuff to discuss!

So....at any rate:

I had it out with the apartment manager so many

times...she finally got frutrated and actually got off

her duff and picked up the phone and called the noisy

neighbors after I threatened to break the lease.

THEY finally listened. Its better..but not perfect.

Oh...well.

I don't know why she didn't do that in the first

place. (I've endured such a bone-jarring racked for

four solid months!!!!)

Anyway, the noisy irresponisible, thoughtless, college

students have those two big puppies and they let them

defacate up a storm all over the carefully manicured

lawns all winter.

Seriously, it winds up all over your shoes and you

smell it all day long,

Its especially lovely when you are in the doctor's

office and he looks at you as if you messed your

pants.

Today, I got a long RANTING notice under my door from

one of the other neighbors going on about how that

doggy doo-doo ruins it for everyone and that they want

anyone who sees the offending dogs " doing thier

business " needs to call the cops so they can have a

95- dollar fine slapped on them! HA HA!!!!

And if they do a repeat offense..the dogs get removed

by the health department!!!!!!!!

YA see....I'm not the only neighbor that finds these

obnoxious neighbors a nusiance after all!
