I'm considering giving it another 'round, but without an income its getting scarier and scarier that I'm just running though hundreds of dollars trying to get this meat cleaver out of my back!!!!! I'm thinking accupuncture next. Have you ever tried that? I feel so bad...Judy thinks I was looking in her windows since she never mentioned her muscle relaxers here. Guest guest
E, I do the deep tissue massage and it’s working, slowly but surely. I also got a flaxseed heating pad and use that on the back and shoulder area. I was told my muscles were like a tabletop! yoga helps, as does some stretching exercises I was taught recently. I have not tried accupuncture but I would try accupressure first... sue Sue: I have done a few of those...but so far, I'm still locked up like a drum.
