But if she does, that would indeed be a wonderful connection to try to make. I'm acually more intrigued by the labels of deaf and blind along with her working as a teacher's aid and getting married. That certainly falls within the CHARGE spectrum. Guest guest Posted October 12, 2006 Report Share Posted October 12, 2006 I wasn't able to find the original post about this subject, so if someone can refer me to it... I'd be very appreciative. I live in Cincinnati, Ohio - where Jerry Springer spends a lot of his time. I have a friend who went to high school with and as soon as my son Ben was born - she told me about . She said that from what I have told her, seems to have a lot of the same CHARGE characteristics. She is deaf/blind and has blocked nasal passages (coanal artresia). I have often wondered if she wasn't diagnosed because at the time, a lot wasn't known about CHARGE. I think Jerry's support of CHARGE would be huge and often thought about emailing him... but didn't know how to approach the subject. I have seen Jerry in Cincinnati quite often and he is truly a caring and giving individual. I would love to hear if/when you hear anything from him.
