Guest guest
I had a strange sensation the other day,and it wasn't the first time to experience this, either! I had " hard legs " and I mean, hardly any feeling..and bloated on my ankles and such....do you all get this..and should I get really worried? It seems " scary " to me....in the sense that I can't really feel them or move them without a feeling of being way to " fatty " for me! They sometimes look " very fatty " to me! I hate that! I have tried walking around and kicking my feet upwards, like if I am sitting on a chair! It doesn't seem to " loosen up " how my feet feel inside or out of my skin! I hate this feeling...I feel like I could just keel over..because it is like the blook stopped(but, in reality, not that I know of....at least ,God, I hope not!!!!) anybody wanna try answering this 'un?!? luvscoco99

Go to the doctor. You could have a blood clot. At the very least you could be retaining water. Mike
Guest guest
Sounds like you need to see your doc soon... if only to exclude stuff like heart failure and kidney disease.
Guest guest
I would have this looked at by a doctor right away! I had a similar thing happen 3 years ago. My doc sent me to the hospital immediately for an ultrasound on my leg. I had a blood clot. Don't wait. Gail

Edema caused by water retention in legs. I had never experienced it before, and this despite compression stockings full time. Doc prescribed a diuretic and the water disappeared. Haven't had this problem, to this extent before. Suspect it might be a side effect of Lantus. Anyone have some thoughts on this???
