Guest guest
Googled flying+diabetics and found Dare To Dream: Flying Solo With Diabetes by Cairns. I incorrectly remembered Cairns testing hourly. He brings many snacks with him when flying and has flown solo round the world. Three nations including the US and the UK allow diabetics to have pilots licenses. BTW I love visiting England, Scotland and Wales and bicycled round Scotland the summer of '73.
