Guest guest Posted January 7, 2006 Report Share Posted January 7, 2006 Hi all, I am lurking and have missed somewhere along the way any information pamplet or information on autism and apraxia. I am mom to Mic 5 years old downsyndrome/autism his apraxia is severe.Mic used to have some words he did have mama and dada and baba,eat and I cant remember then autism set in all we have left is babababye bye.Sometimes we get even 3 word phrases I heard I love you come out one day. He was imitating the Barney song.Any information would be deeply appreciated.Mic is receptive and social, I think the ds is why hes so social as long as you dont touch him.Mic has so many issues I cant keep up.
