If you remember, it was a bit controversial.

There were a couple of schools of thoughts..and one of

them pertained to whether you have hashie's. If you

have high anti-bodies it is thought that iodine might

make them perpetuate.

On the other hand..others say, if you have a

suppressed TSH and no antibody activity to speak of,

then you can take it in limited amounts regardless of

Hashie's DX.

I am somebody who has iodine in my multi and I eat sea

salt. I also have a suppressed TSH...and have gotten

my antibodies down.
