Guest guest
Sue: If you remember, it was a bit controversial. There were a couple of schools of thoughts..and one of them pertained to whether you have hashie's. If you have high anti-bodies it is thought that iodine might make them perpetuate. On the other hand..others say, if you have a suppressed TSH and no antibody activity to speak of, then you can take it in limited amounts regardless of Hashie's DX. I am somebody who has iodine in my multi and I eat sea salt. I also have a suppressed TSH...and have gotten my antibodies down. ~E:) --- JustYourTypeDTP justyourtypedtp@...> wrote: > I can¹t remember ---for HYPO, are we supposed to > AVOID iodine or take in > MORE iodine, ie, iodized salt? > sue > Day after day, day after day, We stuck, nor breath nor motion; As idle as a painted ship Upon a painted ocean. Water, water, everywhere, And all the boards did shrink; Water, water, everywhere, Nor any drop to drink. ~The Ancient Mariner ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ 8:00? 8:25? 8:40?
