Guest guest Posted March 22, 2007 Report Share Posted March 22, 2007 well ive told you how ive had probs with certain things well one of my goals at northcott is to get my comunications skills up and well this person was talking bout something that i thought couldhelp some people on here this thing was cognitive therpay and the way they want to use it on me wich leads to how i think could help some other chargers well ok you start of with a thought right wich leads to a behaviour then a result prety typical of soem of the things on here right but we look at a bad thought so for example id writen sutff abotu how i comunicate badly ok ive told you ive said people hate me or i think that if they dotn talk to me so transfer that to new thought would be ok maybe they do hate me but so what does it matter ive got toher friends then we get the behaviour wich could be oh why do they hate me maybe i did soemthing then transfer that to good wich is well maybe they r busy and they will call me back wich leads to the results bad results being loose friends and stuff good results being they will talk when free and dotnworry i believe this kind of thinking could help me coz it started to today so im thinking its could be usueful for chargers out there to with more severe probs than me just an idea Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest guest Posted March 22, 2007 Report Share Posted March 22, 2007 Ellen, i think you need to change one sentance... you said if people dont talk to you it means they hate you. that is wrong to think that assumption. if you want an honest answere to why I dont talk to you... its because i cant understand most of the words you type. For communication on line you need to practice two things... 1. using the proper word (meaning not the short form of the word, ie no net speak) This is particularly important when you use a short form of an australian phrase that not many people outside of australia would understand. Most of the time I dont know what you wrote so I dont bother reading or responding. Times like this latest email you made a lot of effort to write full words, it was a lot easier to understand what you were saying. 2. Write shorter sentences and instead of one long paragraph, make a few short paragraphs with just a few sentences at a time. I highly doubt anyone hates you, i suspect its a case that many people cannot understand what you are saying or what you mean when you type certain words.
