OT need info on GA trucking co.

i am posting this to all the groups i belong in hopes that someone is

from GA and will be able to help..

My son was run off the road by an 18- wheeler this morning, he is

unhurt...this is the 2nd time in 6 months that he has been hit by a

(hit and run driver) the 1st time in July in his car that he had for 2

months, he just bought a new truck on Thurs...

he called the police ( they were a lot of help...LOL) i called later

and they said the truck headed north on 85, if they knew that why did

they not stop him... he will end up having to pay for the damage to the

truck and the man's yard that he was run into to....

all the got was georgia tags.. with this on side GTI hes not really

sure, i have search the web for georgia t...incorp not have much

luck...if you live in GA or know anything about trucks and can help me

find the name of the trucking company i would appr. it.

, Here is what I would do, go to the net & lookup the yellow pages for all of Goergia for trucking companies. Go to the local truck stop & ask the truckers about GTI someone may know. The trailers they haul don't always mean the truck is frm the same state. He really needed to see the plate on the back of the semi it's self. did he see the name on the side of the door? After all this I would tell him to stay the heck away from any semi's, don't pass them unless he flashes his lights & sees they see him in the mirror. the truck came into his lane, it was at a place where the road goes

from 2 lanes to 4, the truck stayed on the left and jason went into

the right lane, when he got up to the cab the truck came into the

right lane. he took the truck to the dealer and they checked it out

and said the frame was okay, so we are not going to worry about it.

the police will not let him listen to the call and he can not

remember everything he told them.

thanks for your ideas on the yellow pages, i was trying to do just a

web seach for truck companies
