I recently had blood work done and showed my thyroid is (after testing) hyperthyroid.....Ultrasound showed that one side is not working at all and the other side is " working " like crazy......Had thyroid scan and all. Need re-testing in 3 months which at that time endrocrinologist states " can treat with radioactive pills " UGH!!!!!!! I was just wondering how many of you ladies out there have had thyroid issue's since tx.? I've NEVER had thyroid issue's......My Endo doc says that she has seen several bc pt's with thyroid problems after tx. I REALLY hate the thought of " ingesting " radioactive pills for this......I'm thinking at this point I NEED to check out alternative " stuff " .......Any and all thoughts from any of you out there sure would be nice...... thanks, Darlene Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
