Guest guest Posted January 29, 2007 Report Share Posted January 29, 2007 I had FEC and my hair fell out on the 14th day after the first treatment, just like my onco. warned it might. I had 4 3-week cycles of CEF (Cyclophosphamide · Epirubicin · Fluorouracil) chemotherapy and 8 2-week cycles of Docetaxel. The hair started growing back halfway throguh the docetaxel part of the treatment and already seems more abundant than it was before (which was actually quite abundant!) due to the wavy curls that I didn't have before. I ordered some hats from Ann at CJ Hats and some wigs from the a Young Company, both on-line. (Google should help you find them.) Hugs, Kathy S Tokyo > > Have you lost or kept your hair? Guest guest Posted January 30, 2007 Report Share Posted January 30, 2007 Hi the I finished FEC 21st DEC,(6 cycles)my hair began dropping out after the second week and was about gone when I turned up fro my 2nd treatment (3weekly intervals) it has begun growing back and did after my 4th treatment not enough there to think about going without my wig yet but I am getting there ,hope this helps Love Sharon from the uk Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
