Guest guest
E- first ya tell me I won’t lose weight starving myself and exercising and then-- ya tell me it could help to take off a few pounds -- duh!!! LOL! you are soooo cute! I don’t starve myself so don’t worry please. I eat fish, chicken, yogurt, fresh fruit, veggies, bone broth, eggs, pasta - and I do work out and drink 8 glasses of non-fluoride water a day. that’s the GOOD part, now here are all my symptoms with my ONE diagnosis of hypo/hashi with goiter: WEIGHT GAIN even though eat healthy and work out HIGH ANXIETY out of nowhere < has this my whole life and was raised by long line of alcoholics Thinning hair Trouble swallowing anything bigger then a baby aspirin Pain under right ear area TMJ Weak teeth Weak nails with vertical ridges Chin hair—since I was a teen! Intolerance to heat Imbalance sometimes Pain along the side of neck with the goiter Very near-sighted Allergies to mold, dust, all the crap in the air Adult-onset lactose intolerance Pain in upper right area near ribcage constant dull aching pain Toes hurt in shoes when I press down on them – under the toes/at the base where it meets the feet Dry and flaky feet/heels with calloused feet High Blood Pressure at times High Coritsol High Testosterone levels Short term memory getting crappy Bigtime PMS—weight gain, pimples, mood swings, insomia probably more but have a shot at it! sue To have a healthy fear of docs...sounds healthy to me. You could need more t4/little less t3 to fix your little issue there. could help take off a few pounds too. You must have other issues, and perhaps don't link them to thyroid. Not everything is thyroid...but many things are. Really...Sue you should list every last one of them here...and let us pick through them. YEAH..let it all hang out. Did you know that there are 50 or so symptoms related to thyroid? Colds, allergies, teeth, hair, gums, mood, and vision issues....too! You got to figure if it can kill you, it can do a lot of damage before you get there! Good luck... Yahoo! Groups ..

Guest guest
I buy the big jug at Costco or Sam's Club. It's just ground cinnamon powder. In the beginning, I put 1 teaspoon a day in my morning shake, and when my blood pressure got borderline low, I went to 1/2 tsp and have been there ever since. My husband has it on his morning oatmeal. Sometimes I sprinkle it on apple slices when I'm baking pork chops. My son did it too as his bp was borderline and all three of us dropped about 15 points. My last one was 112/68 or something ridiculous like that. If you try it, please let me know how it goes. It also lowers blood sugar, so I make sure to have protein with it so that mine doesn't drop too low. (PS, you can buy caps if you can't find a place to put it, but you'll save a heck of a lot of money with the powder - it could go in yogurt etc). Plus, I think I read that it's good for gum disease too, and I don't know if there is a connection, but mine has not worsened since... Judy High Blood Pressure at times (Not since starting cinnamon) what kind? how much? when, etc... I would like to try that. It's here! Your new message!Get new email alerts with the free Yahoo! The wierd pain under the ear is a new one on me but who knows maybe that is a lymphnode that is infected...or irritated for some reason. We got millions of those suckers everwhere under the skin..and they do get hard when we have to much t3 on board.... I should say...now it would be good to see the bloods when you get them in. High anxiety there could be from too much t3...or from too much testoterone...but I'm thinking more the t3. DHEA??? What is going on with that? Do we know? Guest guest
e, cortisol is high normal in the morning, and high afternoon and same at midnight as it is at noon. my dhea was very high also but in range high which I was told/read is good. I do wake up at night but not for long and I get 7 to 8 hours a night. the under ear pain has been going on 5 years. it’s how my doc found the hypo... testing for glandular disease. found the hypo but no reason for the pain along the base of the neck at the earlobe down to the upper jaw. maybe I will next try upping the t4 and lowering the t3 and hope for a conversion.... sue Sue/Judy: Almost every one of those is textbook for hypo.
