Guest guest
Hello to all... Tonight I am asking for everyone to say an extra prayer for a special person I have known for years that has come to her end of her fight. She has been battling b/c for many years now, actually diagnosed for the 1st time about 20 years ago. She was put in the care of Hospice as of today and is basically unaware of her well being at this point. I find it extremely difficult to know or hear of people that have fought what we are so diligently fighting for. I've had a very sad day finding out this information. On top of that, I have an appt. with my radiation oncologist on Wednesday and my regular oncologist next Monday and I would see my friend there at times for her visits as well. Her name is Kathleen and anyone who can pray for peace for her I would greatly appreciate. My prayer will be that she will not have to suffer. Thank you for allowing me to share this with you..I know it's not a positive piece, but my heart is broken and prayers definitely can't hurt. Peace and Prayers, Michele

Guest guest
Michele: I wish I could be there to give you a hug and let you tell me how special Kathleen is to you. Just be sure that you share that with her. She can still know what you are telling her even those she may not be able to respond. She has won a valiant fight even though it doesn't appear so right now. Her family will need a lot of support right now, too. I am praying for Kathleen to be comfortable and pain-free and for the family to receive comfort and peace in this life process. May God hold you all tenderly in His great arms of grace and comfort. Guest guest
Michele - your friend will be in my prayers. Unfortunately, we can't always share " good " news with each other - but I believe it's important to come together to support one another. I will also say a prayer for you too! Guest guest
Ellen, TY.. I agree we can't always share good news and thats why I was hesitant about sharing my sadness, but then realized what are we hear for if we can't support each other. The worst that could of happened was I'd be asked to leave the group. Thank you for the prayers as I keep everyone in mine as well. Take care, Michele Ellen emc_mom4@...> wrote: Michele - your friend will be in my prayers. Guest guest
Oh, Michele-Please know that anything can be shared here, it seems, especially when it applies to breast cancer, emotions, tears, whining, ranting, etc. The only thing that I have seen is that if a person's agenda is different and may be trying to sell something like supplements, etc. Please know, hon, that if you need to cry through the internet, just e-mail. I have broad shoulders and a tender heart. How's Kathleen and her family doing? Michele Gately tinkkerbelle2002@...> wrote: Ellen, TY..
