Couple of must reads - " Everything You Need to Know About Prostate. "

" Life in the Fast Lane " by T. Hypo and " Jelly Roll, Belly Roll " by O.

Bese LOL Just kidding, laughing on the ouside, crying on the

inside.... Beginning to think my leg pain isn't sciatica. It locked

up on me yesterday, right below my calf - really hurt! Sometimes it

feels as though the more I walk, it helps to loosen the muscles, but

I'm also worried that too much walking and it will get worse. I have

to walk to store nearly every day, about 2 miles. Can only carry so

much water on back pack. If it gets any worse, it will be impossible

to walk. Oh well...Remember the story of the man that was feeling

sorry for himself because he had no shoes...It could always be worse.

Anybody else ever get this line, " You focus on your body too

much. " Argh!! $%&%^%&&**&** So grateful for this site - makes

everyday annoyances much easier to deal with.

Question - Does anyone else wake up every morning with cold

sweats. Always freezing in the morning. It also seems to take a few

hours for my mind to function, for the fog to lift. One of the

reasons it seemed logical that I became hyper when I had kidney

infection was because of my profuse sweating. Guess it was my body

fighting infection, not thyroid. Did read an article that said you

can be hypo and hyper at the same time. ???

My favorite book for real - don't laugh " Old Yeller. "

Remember reading it as a kid. That book will always hold a special

place in my heart. I do love dogs. They have so many attributes that

we humans lack. Loyal, honest, faithful etc. Benny was my dog's name.

He used to run away all the time. He would always come back with that

look, like he knew what he did was wrong, but just couldn't help

himself. Sure do miss him. my screen name - bennydabum.

Well, time to work. Hope everyone has a great day. Thanks for

listening. Jeff

Lol, yep, but my question to them is always " How can I HELP but focus on it,

when it will never let me forget that it's there? "
