I'm sitting here giggling... I don't like the thick middle. combine that with my lymph bulge and I'm really not happy... but I'm still giggling at the thought of having been able to grow my very own

Tiger Shield!!!

Our bodies are amazing.. I wish we could understand what they were telling us better.

My body is doing a shift again... I'm about three weeks into an increase adjustment.. I had the seized tendons this week.. that went away on its own within about 24 hours.. and yesterday, even though I had all the shoveling from the storm... I have zip for appetite... I have my mini meals lined up... it's time to eat and I'm having to force myself to eat half... it's weird. Wonder what my body is working on right now....

It's the "running from the tiger" effect. We were "fearfully and wonderfully made", so much so that cortisol will do ANYthing it can to totally protect the internal organs. Where are the vital organs? In the middle of course. What a miracle.
