Guest guest
I use Stevia-get it in at Whole Foods store. The kind I use is in liquid form and only takes a drop or two on cereal or in a cup of green tea. I also use it when I make a gallon of green tea, cold. I use about 20 drops then. Depends on your taste buds. Just don't taste it by itself because it leaves a bitter taste. This was recommended to me in classes I took on nutrition called Positive Changes. I also add a drop or two to a glass of water with just a tad of lemon, either real lemon or bottled lemon juice. Hope this helps. donna dday5@...> wrote: Good morning - I have always read where cancer feeds on sugar. What is the best sugar substitute for us cancer survivors? Thanks and have a great day !
