Guest guest
I have not posted in a very long time. All is well and I am 2 yrs and 4 months Breast Cancer Free. I had a lumpectomy left breast, clear margins and no node involvement. 36 rounds of radiation (I made a decision NOT to have chemo) and I am 2 yrs and 2 months into my five years of Arimidex. I think I noticed someone else from New Hampshire. Looking at the other posts we are a widespread group. Just wanted to say hello to old friends and Nice meeting you to new fiends. Guest guest
So, Nancee, how do you feel abour Arimidex? What side effects have you had from it? How long did it take for the side effects to go away? I am on my third week of Arimidex. I have had some very mild hot flashes. I have really bad bone pain in my left knee, far worse than any I have ever had. I have also noticed an increase of migraine headaches. Before Arimidex and my surgery I was having maybe two or three migraines about in a six or nine month time span. Since I started taking Arimidex, I have had four or five migraines in the two and a half weeks that I have been taking it. I didn't see migraines or headaches as a side effect on the materials I received. I have an appointment with my oncologist on Wednesday of this week, so will be checking with him. Welcome back to the group. nancee32000 pineriverl@...> wrote: I have not posted in a very long time. All is well and I am 2 yrs and 4 months Breast Cancer Free.
