Guest guest
Robin, I scanned back and found your other post... yes, a doc can feel an enlarged thyroid even slightly enlarged... if they know what they are doing... Mine always checked by stepping behind me and feeling the front of my neck.... It wouldn't be a bad idea to have it checked.... Running labs that include antibodies would be the best route, I would think... Hashi's can trigger the enlargement of part, or all, of the gland... As to which would be better, Endo a regular doc.. depends on the docs... Some Endos have a stronger interest in diabetes and not so much Thyroid .... some GPs are better with thyroid than endos.... Do you have a regular doc? How are they with the thyroid stuff, any idea?? Topper () On Thu, 01 Mar 2007 23:08:14 -0000 "ladybirdrobi" writes:> I did not get a group post today.
