Hello,

I have had several inquiries from volunteer services following my article in

EMS1.com on EMS Volunteerism. They are seeking information on transitioning

from an all volunteer service to one or two paid providers during day hours

and maintaining volunteers for the night hours.

Do any of you have experience with this or know of services that have made

this transition that would be willing to share their experiences?

Thanks so much,

Jules
