Guest guest
What is in the Diet Smart Multivitamin? Thanks for the tips..... Sue Sue, Hi if you are trying to lose some weight. I figured out how I lost 42 lbs. My Mom gave me Equate's Diet Smart multivitamin and I drink alot of green ice tea, which help in weight loss. These are the only things that were different for me. I started the tea because of all the antioxidants around the same time that Mom gave me a different brand of multivitamin. My diabetic medication also supposedly suppresses the apetite but, it never effected me until I added the green tea and the diet smart with ECGC. Kats, Thanks for the refernce I will check them out. Jeff, I thoroughly understand. If you can't get your doctor to do the labs you want, then there is a place online where you can order your own labs if you are able to purchase things online me I have no credit card to do so. I am not sure what the site is but, I think others on here do. Don't worry about the brain fog we all get them it part of the package when you get thyroid dysfunction and disorders. Anytime you need to spout off about what you are going through and get understanding you can email me off list if you want. Robin
Guest guest
Sue, Here is what is in the vitamin.Vitamin A 2,500 units,66 mg of C,400 units D,30 units E, 80 mcg. K, 1.9 mg. Thiamin, 2.1 mg. Riboflavin,25 mg. niacin,2.5 mg. B6, 400 mcg Folic acid, 7.5 mg B-12,12.5 mg Pylolenic acid,200 mg. Calcium, 10 mg. Iron,50 mg. Magnesium, 15 mg Zinc,70 mg. Selenium, 2 mg. Copper, 1 mg. Maganese, 200 mcg. Chromium, 180 mg Guarana Blend, and 10 mg, Green tea blend. I don't know where the ECGC is listed and it has the equivalent of 1 cup of coffee as far as caffeine. The writing was real tiny so there may be some mispellings. I hope it helps you as much as it did me. Because I really wasn't trying to lose any weight, I just want to maintain what I have not that losing that weight hurt me because I was overweight. I am 5 ft. 8 in. and I think my ideal weight is suppose to be around 150 lbs but, the docotr was always nagging me about my weight. The more I tried to lose the more I gained so I just concentrated on maintaining the weight I was at.
