Hi all,

Just wanted to say thanks for all your prayers, messages, and just

good thoughts concerning my hysterectomy this past Monday. It went

well, however, it was not the " overnight " stay they had said it would

be. The surgeon was not able to perform the lap/vag hysterectomy as she

tried for 45 minutes and there was just too much scar tissue present

from what she said was endometriosis. I believe her wholeheartedly but

can you believe that my regular gynecologist never told me I had

endometriosis? I was kind of thinking along those lines and even did

some research on it back before my chemo when I was still having

periods as some of them were very painful. Anyway, it's all history now

and fortunately the surgeon got the patho results back today before I

left the hospital and she said it was all fine....no sign of any

cancer!!! Thanks again to all who personally wrote to me and who

responded with their good wishes through this site! God bless all!

Love,

Carol from Ohio
