Guest guest
I am a dietitian but very new to the field and I have no experience with counseling cancer patients. That being said, my thoughts to Vicky and everyone else wanting to avoid soy: eat non-processed foods as much as possible. You can do this by sticking to the perimeter of the store. Or, try to shop in stores like Whole Foods Market that sells foods with less ingredients, etc. Yes, soy and soy by-products are in most every kind of food produced by the food industry. If you see a dietitian, she/he can help you plan an personalized diet to avoid soy and still have foods that you will enjoy. " My Dr. said not to drink soy milk, but if you look in most food labels there is soy, so what do you do, stop eating. I just eat less. Vicky " --------------------------------- 8:00? 8:25? 8:40?
