Guest guest
Hey guys (again)! I wanted to let you know that along with my Spiritual Coaching education I will be enrolling into Atlantic University's program for Wellness Coaching. I've been toying with the idea for a while and it feels right to me in my life right now to do. I'm doing it to further help myself along my path (where ever it may lead me) and to help anyone else who might find help from me along their path. I'll be sure to pass along any info that I can find during my courses that are beneficial to you guys and to everyone else of course . Most of the work will be done online through distance learning and I will do a few work shops on campus in the Virginia Beach area. I'm not sure how long it will take me to complete the program as they are dependant upon how quickly I complete them. This won't be so bad as I'll be in the area where my father in law lives, but because of his heavy smoking and my allergies, I'll probably stay in a hotel . Atlantic University is one of the only schools I've found on the subject that offers legitimate certification that is accredited and approved by the board of education. I'll probably be starting it in the next 2-3 months and will update you when I find out more! Talk to you soon! Soon to be a Wellness Coach FREE of charge, of course... Guest guest
I am currently taking 30 mg of generic Armour 3 x daily. Basically when I hit 19 after years of taking birth control, allergies, etc. I stopped taking allergy meds & continued to eat foods I was allergic to. I took Depoprovera instead of my bc pills which made me sick of course, I didn't find it out until a few years later when I tried it again. I was really really messed up hormonally for a while with thyroid, adrenal & shock wave problems (I call them this because of the fact that they bothered me after everything else). After going through a massive overhaul in my health & wellness routines... cutting out certain foods, getting out of toxic living situations, fixing emotional problems, etc. about 95% of my health problems went away and I am now functional and doing well. I am not 100% YET, but it will happen. I didn't let myself come so far to be deterred by not learning anything and doing all my past mistakes all over again LOL. Thank you so much for your support . It means the world. Re: Welness Coaching YAY!!!!You go girl!!!!By the way...what are you taking in terms ofreplacement? Guest guest
LOL Yes, as soon as I get my labs, anytime I get my lab work, I post it immediately.. mostly just so I always have a record because I lose the papers LOL. My doc is thinking my dosage needs to be changed... I've been feeling slightly hypo for about 2 months now... since the generic supplier switch. I can tell just how much it's bugging me and just how much it messes with my daily function. I'll get better though... right now I'm just doing my best to stay calm, out of stressful situations and detoxing periodically. It helps, but is no substitute for proper dosage amounts LOL. I don't think I've ever had those, but I'm sure I will soon. My doc knows as he doesn't, I'll just cut my pills up & do it myself . I'll update soon, Re: Welness> Coaching> > > YAY!!!!> > You go girl!!!!> > By the way...what are you taking in terms of> replacement?
