Hey guys!

My allergy docs office called & told me that my cortisol level is in the normal ranges... so I'm not sure to appreciate it or be irritated. this means that the nutri-meds are not alternatively affecting me and either the pills are helping me keep normal levels or my problem isn't cortisol, it's something else...

I'll give my doc a call some time this week and ask her what to do next as we both feel that I may have adrenal fatigue.

Oh and my primary doc said that he wanted to check my free levels instead of total levels because they weren't accurate in someone in my age range, before he gave me name brand Armour. This way he could adjust the dosage if he needed to.

Update you guys soon :).

What test did he run? The blood test usually comes back " normal "

unless your adrenals are totally dead. The 4 times in 24 urine is

better and the saliva version is best. It gives you a reading on what

is going through the cells, and coming out as secretion. The blood

test for adrenals like TSH is not very good.

Find out what test, and then push for the saliva test.
