Initial Licensure applications

Greetings!

Does anyone know if initial licensure applications are being accepted

online, with just the transcript / diploma being mailed to DSHS, or do we

have to submit everything on paper?

Also, is anyone aware of what the current backlog is on certifications. If

the process is done online, is certification awareded and licensed paramedic

status pending receipt of the diploma, or are you held up for the entire

time waiting for someone to push paper?
