I just stopped in and realize I have not followed the thread.

I gained 20 pounds in 3 weeks while exercising and am dealing

with the self loathing about this!

I accepted the first 20 pound gain from hashis 18 months ago.

Now hit again.

Was on .25 prednisone those weeks I gained. Was also on pain med Lyrica.

Have stopped both meds and am waiting for my metabolisim to

right itself.

I want to clean out my body with colon clease used before

colon tests. Its cheap. Is there any reason this is a bad idea?

I can not afford to do an expensive/naturopathis cleanse.
