We are currently conducting a medical market research study on cancer

resources and support networks available and utilized by patients.

This is purely for research purposes and all information gained

confidential and reported in aggregate.

We are conducting in person patient and caregiver groups,

specifically ones that have been diagnosed with lung, breast or colon

cancer in the past 5 yrs.

They will be in Bethesda, MD on 2/6 - Patients Groups @ 12PM & 6PM,

Caregivers Group @ 3PM

Chicago, IL on 2/8 - Patients Groups @ 12PM & 6PM, Caregivers Group

Phoenix, AZ on 2/12 - Patient Groups @ 12PM & 6PM, Caregivers Group @

3PM

Roundtable discussions, 2 hours, patients receive $200 cash and

caregivers receive $150 cash
