Guest guest
This is another statement that did not get backed up and goes against everything that I know. Were these statements deviously planted to get us all in an uproar. Hmmm, I'm wondering now. In the IT world we would say 'garbage in, garbage out'. What is everyone's opinion about muscle burning more calories than fat, even while at rest. Isn't that the whole reason why my husband can eat two salads and walk two blocks and drop 10 pounds? By the way, I don't have the source for this but a search will find it... the idea that muscle burns more calories has recently been debunked. In fact the more muscle you have, it is theorized, the less you burn while resting because your body is so efficient. Need a quick answer? Get one in minutes from people who know.
