Topper, I'm sorry that you'd consider closing down the list on my

account, and I'm also sorry that some felt compelled to leave. I guess

an innocent question led to much more of a disagreement than, at least,

I thought it would. So, sorry for that, too.

All, this is a good list, and one that is supportive. There are some

things that I, for one, feel strongly about, and that's what came

through in my asking the question about the source for the comment

about cholesterol and my subsequent response. But I certainly didn't

intend for anything to be taken as mean-spirited. I just feel that the

more solid, good information I can get, the better off I'll be, and the

better equipped I'll be to speak with my docs.

That said, I'm all for putting this behind, with all apologies, and

getting back to the basics of supportive, positive posts.

Maureen,

I am not a paid author but neither is my nephews who have to

list where they got the info from when doing book reports.

,

It would not kill you to give a date of an article, where it was

taken from, an author's name or the name of a book. We are not

asking for you to give us the info we want to verify the info.

An example would be if I said I read an article that said Hashimoto's

Hypothyroidism is in the top 5 autoimmune disorders that effects

primarily women over 30.

Most people would want to know where I got that info could I support

that in writing and I would say if I forgot to include it with my

email would be yes it came from the first quarter of Medizine's

Healthy living and the name of the article was " Friendly Fire "

I am not giving the article verbatim and neither did your email

so yes you got a where did you get that from, not send me the book,

article or info.

That's all I have to say on the subject.
