Guest guest
Sue: Hey...a good blizzard morning to you. I didn't swap out computer even though I WAS really close to doing so. I went down to the computer store finally to see the others in person and in the end, I liked this one better. I don't have to have the latest...and this one is darn cute. I'll probably get anonther monitor and keyboard to go with it...for comfort's sake if I'm gonna sit at it all day... I haven't yet talked to the manager about the possibility of moving my unit. I would need some help in moving and that might be a problem. Dunno. Also, they may charge me quite a bit of money to move. I'm pretty ticked off at her that she has been ignoing the problem an the noisy folks haven't been contacted by her about the noise, so it just seems hopeless some days. I had written a pretty stern letter to the manager about the noise and then sent and e-mail to the resident realations department. Much to my chagrin, they merely sent what I thought was going to be a confidential communication to her hours later! She called and left an e-mail saying that she didn't know about this problem, and she thought I was talking about some other neighbors!!!! WHAT??? What other townhouse is next to me..with two dogs???? So.....delerious today after much noise...and now need to go to the credit union. Can you believe the apartment management company took the money I gave them and posted only 190.00 of it....so it looks like I owe 1,400.00...TOMMOROW???!!!! THEY withdrew the funds my bank...I can see that on my on-line bank account. Wouldn't you think they would have that big of discrepancy they would have hunted down like two months ago when it happened? GRRRRRR. ~E:) --- JustYourTypeDTP justyourtypedtp@...> wrote: > Hi E. > How is your new computer? Guest guest
It sounds like you need to report these people to your local rental board. You can contact them through legal aid as I believe what they are doing is fraud or at least unscrupulous. Print a paper trail for yourself and keep it in a place that's safe. Print a copy and take it with you to the lawyer's office... this may be grounds to break your lease.. good luck, Re: Eeeeeeeeeeoh dear Sue:Hey...a good blizzard morning to you.I didn't swap out computer even though I WAS reallyclose to doing so.
