Guest guest
Hi there I hear what you say about bras and implants, yes they can really hurt. Just from experience I have three things to tell you, one is massage, loads of cream, any kind you like and plenty of gentle massage but also a short period of firmer deeper massage is good. This is supposed to loosen any capsular contracture that may be forming which can tighten, cause pain and eventually needs removal, usually a minor op; and two, sleep bras, incredibly difficult to get here in UK but maybe look for maternity sleep bras. These give a degree of support but are generally softer elastic no where near the confining sports bra strength which I find far too tight even though I bought a larger size than I measured but just that tiniest bit of grip for when in bed (or through the daytime.) Because they are somewhat more flimsy wash in cold water or on wool wash otherwise the little elastic they have soon goes limp. They are all over elastic but so much softer and easier to get on too and provide some comfortable support without feeling you are swaddled or constricted. Three, elastaine camisoles especially the type with the fitted bra shape but not wired, the elastaine needs to be more than 30% and up to 95% otherwise there is no support at all, again cool wash. Hope this is of some help, LOL Velvet (UK) --------------------------------- What kind of emailer are you? Find out today - get a free analysis of your email personality. Take the quiz at the Yahoo!
