Guest guest
Hi Beth, If you cannot get meds I know that B-Complex (pill or liquid) form can help, as well as a good multivitamin. If it has selenium & iron more the better (unless of course you cannot take those). Drinking about 60 oz of water a day, plus not eating goitrogens (foods that can bind with thyroid hormones incorrectly and cause malabsorption problems) is a good place to start. Is your life stressful?? Can you tell me more about your situation? Have you had labs run recently? Good luck, I need help I am hypo and not on meds cant get to the dr. is there anything i can take to help like from the health store any info would be helpful
