Training Update

April 16, 2007

thought I would send out an update to everyone on my progress with Team In

Training.

Lets see .. to date I have raised $1050.00 my goal is $2500.00 by 4/20/07. I

still have a way to go.

The fundraiser at Fuddruckers raised $100.00. I understand that there were a

couple of bumps. but with everyones help it was a good turn out. I have been

told that a couple of companies that I have talked with are going to make a

donation.

I still need everyones help so if you have not made a donation and plan to I

have to turn everything in by Friday the 20th.

Update on one of Honored Heroes(the reason for the ride)

is 4 y.o. and a real trooper. Check out his web page.

again he is the reason we do this....

As far as my progress on the Training.

Rode in the Rosedale Ride ... Did ok.. my target was to ride 45 miles.. well the

wind and hills kicked my butt... only was able to complete 35... the next

weekend was going to ride 42 miles with the team... I found out that I do not

bounce very well.. found a muddy section of road and well lets jsut say fall

down go boom... a few scrapes but otherwise ok.. took the next week off so i

could have the bike checked and let my booboos heal... but back at it.. I will

be ready for the ride on May 5th... Come out and cheer me on and the rest of the

Team.

Thank you for all of your support... without you I would not be able to do this

.... but without us and others who are fighting would not be able to do

it...

so for , I will complete this ride...

My prayer for May 5th is that God give me the strength and put the wind to my

back.
