CE Number?

I remember in the TDH days there being a form to fill out to obtain a

CE number (to be able to deliver " approved " CE). Is that still the

process? I looked at the DSHS web site and I don't see what I'd need

anymore...

Before I pick up the phone and call a field office, could someone

point me in the right direction?

Thanks,

Mike :)

Mike,

The only way I know you can get that is from the Regional Offices. It is

called the ON-GOING CE Program application.

That's how I got mine for my on-going CE program. This is the only application

that is returned to the local office, or it was 2 yrs ago when I did mine. They

use to have a course by course number that you could apply for, if you were only

going to teach one class, not sure if that is still available or not.
