Hi,

Yes I experienced the same thing, to my surprise also. The little sleep

caps helped me alot. The soreness will go away somewhat, but I still

swear my sleepin caps!!

Thanks Juli, I've been wearing a sleeping cap as well because my head

gets cold and it really helps
