Guest guest
Michele- Your turn around at the end is priceless. That is exactly what I would have needed to hear.... admittedly, it still might not have got me out at first - but gosh - it would have set me thinking and perhaps gotten me out sooner! Your email is compelling!!!! ) Yuka RE: Looking for advice - Here's another vote for " GO! " . That makes it unanimous! All of us need a break. And I'd venture to say that all of feel guilty about it. Tell the " guilty mom " to go find something else to do because 's mom needs to rejuvenate herself so she can be the best mommy possible! You will set a good example for your kids if you take good care of yourself. Let them see that you are important and you deserve grown-up time. Fast forward 20 years --- If your daughter were in your situation, what would you tell her? My guess is you'd be the first in line to babysit so she could get out.
