Guest guest
Hi , I have had 5-6 mammos (many multiple pics) and never bled but........ After a suspicious mammo, and follow-up, they scheduled me for a " wire- localization biopsy " . This consisted of 1 1/2 hours in the mammo machine while they tried to isolate the biopsy area with hollow needles. I almost passed out twice and was told by the techs NOT TO LOOK DOWN. I did. I can't actually say it was blood but there was something coming from my nipple. When I questioned the techs, they told me it wasn't anything and not to worry. BUT, I also heard one of them mentioning fluid (that's when I looked down) and they all seemed concerned and a bit perplexed. Anyways....That was over a year ago, and I am doing just fine. I wouldn't worry about it too much, girlfriend. You will get through all of this just fine! Keep the faith!! peace...................kimmy > > Hello, my name is , I am 29 and discovered lumps on my breast, > went to family doctor, who sent me for a mammogram today.
